Total speaking at 7th Packaging Innovation Programme 2018

Jean-Christophe Dewart, Technical Manager Rigid Packaging Europe, was selected by the organizers to chair the 7th Packaging Innovation Programme 2018 in Frankfurt-am-Main, on Innovating Development & Sustainable Packaging.

Also, he presented the way Total Polymers Europe is developing high quality compounds to brighten recycling perspective to an audience representing the whole packaging value chain.

Total’s activity in the circular economy for plastics has been started years ago with the launch of several Total Circular compounds : high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for blow moulding applications, an extended range of polypropylene (PP) for the full spectrum of applications from extrusion to injection and last polystyrene (PS). All these Total Circular compounds containing a high level of post-consumer recycled (PCR) waste.
