COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 2018/79 (9th amendment) & No 2018/213 (10th amendment)


We inform you that COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 2018/79 (9th amendment) of January 18th 2018 & No 2018/213 (10th amendment) of February 12th 2018 amending Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food was published in the Official Journal of the European Union respectively on 19th January 2018 and on 14th February 2018. Our Food Contact Certificate(s) modified accordingly will be published on our website as soon as possible.


We inform you that all our Food contact polymer grades (manufactured in Europe) available on our website which are already certified according to the commission Regulation (EU) N° 10/2011, answer to the relevant requirements laid down in the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2018/79 & No 2018/213 (9th and 10th amendment).


Our certificate does not cover :


  • any modification of The Product by any addition of any other product to it,
  • any prejudicial modification of The Product resulting from a processing of The Product,
  • an inadequate use and/or storage of The Product and of the finished articles.


The present certificate is valid for a period of one year starting from the date first above written. It can then be renewed upon request.
